CE Certification
- Certification according to the new EC Directive on Recreational Craft (2013/53/EC)
- Conformity assessment based on a variety of modules covering the design and production phases
- RCD conformity assessment on engines, exhaust and sound emissions

- Certification plate can be issued for products where IMCB has been involved as Notified Body both in the design and production phase
IMCB SERVICES
According to the RCD provisions, IMCB can issue the following documents for the corresponding module of assessment:
Modules:
Module B: EU-Type – Examination Certificate
After the completion of design and project manufacturing has finished, manufacturer will contact with a notified body. In general, the manufacturer submits an application for certification to IMCB, declaring that no other notified body has been contracted to obtain certification for the same product.
Manufacturer must inform IMCB of all modifications to the approved type that may affect the conformity of the product with the essential requirements of the Directive. Such as modifications require additional approval.
Module F: Certificate of Conformity
Module F is supplement of Module B. Products at the production phase can verified by IMCB.
After completion and positive outcome IMCB issues a report to the manufacturer.
Module G: Certificate of Conformity
Covers unit verification of the design and production phase of each product controlled by IMCB.
Then IMCB issue a certificate of conformity for the specified product.
